Those Creative Types

Today is a day for lascivious intent.  You would normally hold back from glancing a second long enough to intimate desire.  Today, don’t hold your cards to your chest.  Let the world see that you want it.  You’ll find that, if you take the first step, it will pull yourself to it with all the strength of gravity that it has on its side whilst you have only the set of your shoulders to give the impression of remaining upright.  Sink into the soil, watch it make your fingerprints coarsely visible against the pink pads of your palms.  Raise them to your face and breathe in deeply; that’s the smell of the earth you walk on.
